On Sunday, the men’s singles final between Jannik Sinner and Jiri Lehecka is scheduled for 3:00 pm following the women’s doubles final of No. 1 seeds Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini against No. 2 seeds Katerina Siniakova and Taylor Townsend.
Sinner, who has won all three career meetings against Lehecka, is looking to replicate Sabalenka’s feat of winning the “Sunshine Double.” He has yet to lose a set in March.
In Saturday’s women’s final, Aryna Sabalenka defeated Coco Gauff in three sets to defend her Miami Open title and extend her win streak here to 12 matches.
With the win, Sabalenka has secured the “Sunshine Double” after capturing the Indian Wells trophy earlier this month. The stadium sold out with an attendance of 16,830 for the final.
Italians Simone Bolelli and Andrea Vavassori became the first Italian duo to win the men’s doubles title, defeating Harri Heliovaara and Henry Patten.
