Already have a ticket and want to upgrade?
AXS: If you have already purchased a ticket through AXS and would like to upgrade, head over to the AXS app (available on iOS and Android). Log in using the details from your original purchase, and you will find the relevant upgrade offers within your account.
Ticketmaster: If you have already purchased a ticket through Ticketmaster and would like to upgrade your experience to a hospitality package, please purchase your desired hospitality tickets first. Ticketmaster will then contact you with a refund for your existing tickets.
*Please note that refunds will only be offered for like-for-like session upgrades. For example: If you already have Category 1-4 tickets for Session 20, and you purchase the equivalent number of hospitality tickets for Session 20, Ticketmaster will contact you to issue a full refund on your original Category 1-4 tickets.
