Indiana Golf Foundation, INDIANAPOLIS, IN (April 2) —
The Indiana Golf Foundation is proud to announce that on November 12, 2026, at Broadmoor Country Club, Chris Hague and Brian Hammons will be honored and inducted into the Indiana Golf Hall of Fame.
This honor recognizes individuals whose lasting contributions have helped shape and elevate the game of golf across Indiana.
Chris Hague dedicated his career to excellence in golf course management, serving as a certified superintendent at some of the most respected facilities in the country, including Broadmoor Country Club, TPC at Deere Run, Crooked Stick Golf Club, and Hazeltine National Golf Club. Throughout his career, Hague played a key role in preparing courses for major championships and premier events, including multiple U.S. Opens and PGA TOUR competitions. Beyond course conditions, his impact is felt through decades of mentorship, leadership within turfgrass organizations, and his commitment to developing future professionals in the industry.

Brian Hammons has become one of the most recognizable and respected voices in golf, widely known as the “voice of Indiana Golf.” As an original anchor for The Golf Channel, Hammons spent more than two decades bringing the game to a national audience through play-by-play coverage and storytelling. His continued work in Indiana—through the Indiana Golf Magazine video series, event hosting, and coverage of the state’s players and programs—has played a significant role in promoting and preserving the game across the Hoosier state.

Together, Hague and Hammons represent two distinct but equally impactful contributions to the game—one through the stewardship of the courses themselves, and the other through the storytelling and visibility that bring those experiences to life.
The Indiana Golf Foundation looks forward to celebrating their achievements and welcoming them into the Hall of Fame this November.
