The Finalists for the BingwaFest Nationals 10s have been confirmed following hard-fought battles across both the men’s and women’s categories.
In the women’s Cup, Kiambaa Community and Jackals booked their spots in the final after impressive runs from the quarter-finals. Kiambaa were ruthless from the onset, dismantling Tharaka University 80-0 in the quarters before seeing off a spirited Mwira Rugby side 27-7 in the semi-finals.
Jackals (W), on the other hand, showed consistency and control, beating Blad Academy 22-0 in the quarters and edging Nakuru Development 17-12 in a tightly contested semi-final.
The two losing semi-finalists, Mwira Rugby and Nakuru Development, will now face off in the bronze final, each looking to finish their campaign on a high after strong tournament runs.
