Ahead of the bout at UFC 327, BJPENN.com reached out to several pro fighters to get their predictions for the light heavyweight title fight. The majority of pros believe Jiri Prochazka will get the win, and likely will do so by knockout.
BJPENN.com Fighter Picks Jiri Prochazka vs. Carlos Ulberg:
Adrian Yanez, UFC bantamweight: That’s a tough one, but I am leaning towards Ulberg to get the win. He’s a great striker, and I think he’s the more technical striker here, which will help him.
Eryk Anders, UFC middleweight: I think Jiri Prochazka. Ulberg hits hard, but I think Jiri’s style is hard to deal with. Jiri brings more to the table and has more finishing ability.
Gillian Robertson, UFC strawweight: I will never count out Jiri Prochazka. His style is so weird, but he keeps winning, and I think Jiri gets another KO win here.
Julian Erosa, UFC featherweight: I’m going with Jiri. His style is unconventional, it’s odd, and I think he can KO Ulberg in the later rounds as he’s a tricky fighter to deal with.
Kyle Nelson, UFC lightweight: It’s hard to pick against Jiri, so I will go with him here by TKO.
Chase Hooper, UFC lightweight: I’m going with Carlos Ulberg on that one. I like his striking.
Vince Morales, UFC bantamweight: I think Jiri Prochazka gets a KO win here to reclaim his belt.
