WWE made several late changes to tonight’s SmackDown, switching up parts of the original plan just hours before the show.
According to PWInsider, the original plan for the final segment of tonight’s broadcast is is Pat McAfee delivering an in-ring promo to close the show. McAfee was already advertised to appear, but this update reveals his segment is set to headline the night.
There was also a change to one of the night’s bigger matches. Jade Cargill vs. IYO SKY was originally scheduled to take place in the first hour, but that bout has now been moved to the third hour instead.
Another addition to the updated lineup includes Danhausen, who is scheduled to make his SmackDown in-ring debut tonight against Kit Wilson. Royce Keys is also set for action, as he will face Berto during the show.
