Revel Bikes today announced the launch of the Project El Jefe Grande 32er, a Concept Labs project…

For years, the Revel team has been building one-off prototypes, like the first-ever 3D printed thermoplastic composite downhill bike, and more recently, a 3D printed titanium Horst-link CBF layout full suspension trail bike called the Ratical. We’re still drooling over that one, Revel! The brand’s Concept Labs is the brand’s way of bringing that process into the open.

The latest addition to Revel’s Concept Labs program is Project El Jefe Grande, a pair of experimental titanium hardtails built to explore the 32er wheel format. The two bikes include a size XL running a full 32er setup and a size Medium “Mega Mullet” configured with a 32er front wheel and 29er rear.
