Kristian Prenga Eyes Heavyweight Title, Builds Perfect KO StreakUndefeated KO Artist Kristian Prenga Chasing History as Albania’s First Heavyweight Champion

NEW YORK — Power, patience, and purpose.

Kristian Prenga is quietly building one of boxing’s most intriguing heavyweight runs — and he’s doing it with a perfect knockout ratio.

At 20-1 with 20 knockouts, the Albanian-born heavyweight is not just winning — he’s finishing every opponent he faces.

A Mission Bigger Than Records

For Prenga, the goal goes beyond national pride.

“I don’t only want to be the greatest heavyweight from Albania,” the humble Prenga explained. “What I really want is to be the heavyweight champion of the world. That’s what I’m working on, but it’s not what I talk about as that is not my style. I just work hard in the gym and how I live outside the gym to achieve this goal.”

Standing 6-foot-5 and weighing 260 pounds, Prenga has the physical tools — and the mindset — to chase boxing’s biggest prize.

Built Differently

Unlike many contenders, Prenga didn’t come through the traditional amateur boxing system.

A former European kickboxing champion, he transitioned directly into the pro ranks — and hasn’t looked back.

Now based in New Jersey, he’s riding a 16-fight win streak and is scheduled to return to the ring in June.

Manager Sees Global Potential

Manager Keith Sullivan believes Prenga’s ceiling goes far beyond regional success.

“As his manager,” NYC lawyer Keith Sullivan stated, “I can tell you Kristian Prenga isn’t just chasing wins, he is on a mission to become Albania’s top heavyweight and a real force on the world heavyweight stage. We’re building Kristian the right way and make no mistake, the goal is for him to be recognized as Albania’s number one heavyweight while competing with the best globally.”

A Chance to Make History

No Albanian boxer has ever won a major world title in boxing’s four major sanctioning bodies (WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO).

That leaves a wide-open opportunity — and a massive legacy — for Prenga.

Other notable Albanian fighters have made their mark, including:

  • Florian Marku
  • Ermal Hadribeaj
  • Kreshnik Qato
  • Amarildo Bakaj

Meanwhile, Jurgen Uldedaj captured the IBO cruiserweight title — but the heavyweight crown remains untouched.

A Growing Fanbase

Prenga’s rise has sparked strong support among Albanian communities, particularly in New York and New Jersey.

With his knockout power and undefeated momentum, he’s becoming a fighter to watch in a heavyweight division always searching for new stars.

What’s Next?

With a fight scheduled for June, Prenga’s next step will be critical.

  • Extend his knockout streak
  • Move closer to ranked contenders
  • Continue building toward title contention

If his current trajectory continues, he could soon find himself in the conversation with the division’s elite.
