Prescott Motorsport marks its 10 year anniversary in 2026. What started as an idea while watching the 24 Hours of Le Mans has grown into a dedicated motorsport news platform covering the World Endurance Championship, GT World Challenge, and Formula E.
From Le Mans Inspiration to Motorsport Platform
The idea for Prescott Motorsport began trackside in front of a screen, watching the 24 Hours of Le Mans. That race is known for its scale, its history, and the depth of competition across classes.
That moment led to a simple goal. Cover endurance racing properly. Focus on the stories that matter. Deliver consistent, reliable motorsport news.
Over the next decade, that idea turned into a growing platform with a clear focus on WEC, GT racing, and now Formula E.
1300 Articles and Counting
Since launch, Prescott Motorsport has published over 1300 news articles.
Coverage has included race reports, breaking news, driver updates, and championship analysis. The focus has always been clear. Deliver useful, readable content that keeps fans up to date.
This consistent output has built a strong archive of motorsport news across multiple series and seasons.
Covering Motorsport Across the World
Prescott Motorsport has travelled across Europe, America, and the Middle East to cover racing.
From endurance events to GT racing weekends, the aim has been to capture the full story. Not just results, but the atmosphere, the people, and the details that define each event.
Photography has played a key role in this. Thousands of images have been captured across circuits, paddocks, and pit lanes.
Each trip has added depth to the coverage and helped build a visual record of modern motorsport.
Building a Team
What started as a solo project has grown into a small team.
Rick joined in 2018 and has been part of the journey ever since. His contribution across writing and coverage has helped shape the direction of the platform.
Adam, now a professional photographer, continues to lead both the visual and editorial side of Prescott Motorsport. The focus remains on producing high quality content that reflects the sport accurately.
Together, the team combines photography and writing to deliver consistent coverage across multiple championships.
Expanding Coverage into Formula E
As motorsport evolves, Prescott Motorsport continues to expand.
Formula E is now part of that coverage. The growth of electric racing and manufacturer involvement makes it a key part of the future landscape.
Adding Formula E alongside WEC and GT World Challenge strengthens the site’s position as a focused motorsport news platform.
Looking Ahead
The next phase is about growth and refinement.
More race coverage. More detailed reporting. Stronger photography. A clearer content structure across the site.
The goal remains the same. Deliver motorsport news that is easy to follow, consistent, and relevant. And if you are looking to get into motorsport media or photography please do drop us a message.
Ten years in, Prescott Motorsport continues to grow from a single idea into a trusted source for endurance and GT racing coverage.
