Skye Nicolson is back in action in Australia this week as she faces Mariah Turner at super bantamweight.
Nicolson (15-1, 3 KOs) looks to defend her WBC interim world title once again, while Turner (12-1, 6 KOs) looks to score the biggest win of her career to date.

Both fighters in Wednesday’s main event have just one loss to their name. Nicolson’s sole defeat came in March last year.
She fought Tiara Brown and looked to defend her WBC featherweight world title but was beaten on the cards.
Two judges scored the bout in favour of Brown, with the third seeing it in favour of Nicolson.
Nicolson has fought three times since that defeat, scoring two early stoppages in her first two return bouts.
She went the distance in her last fight against Yuliahn Avila on the undercard of Diego Pacheco vs Kevin Lele Sadjo.
The Australian’s last three fights have taken place at super bantamweight.
She takes on Turner, who is on an impressive run of seven successive victories.
Her only career loss came against Ellie Bouttell, who won a unanimous decision over her in 2024.
Turner’s last fight took place in Australia, where she won a unanimous decision against Stephanie Cutting.
‘The Golden Girl’ has stopped half of her opponents and will prove a constant threat against Nicolson.
