– Kevin Knight speaks on Black representation in Today’s Wrestling scene, and being himself in AEW
“A great goal of mine of I even got into pro wrestling was to have positive representation, following that New Day type of wave. You don’t have to be a certain stereotype or character just to “make it”. There’s all different flavors of all different races. You’ve got the nerdy guy, the cool guy, the athletic guy.”
There’s all different types of African Americas, I think it’s so dope to be able to be able to put on my version, it’s who I am.
I’m not playing a part, i’m not playing into a stereotype, I’m not shucking and jiving. I’m just out there being a wrestler, and I think it’s so dope to be able to put on my version of it.”

– WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan said she began seeing real growth after training at The Dungeon, noting “that’s when I really noticed improvements in my wrestling and my performances.”
She explained that consistent practice builds confidence, adding “just practicing something gives you the confidence that you’re doing better, even if you’re not improving yet.”
Morgan also highlighted the grind of her routine, saying “coming here every single week and spending three hours… you just get down to work,” calling it “old-school s**’.”
