SPRINGFIELD — Iris Ferrara will likely celebrate her 90th birthday on Saturday doing the same thing she has done for done for 64 years. She will start by making her tomato sauce, mixing pizza dough and getting ready to fill orders of chicken parmesan, pasta bolognese and lasagna.
