Lei Ying Lee Wins TNA Knockouts World Championship

Lei Ying Lee captured the TNA Knockouts World Championship during the May 7 episode of TNA Impact by defeating Arianna Grace in the main event.

The victory makes Lee a two-time TNA Knockouts World Champion after previously losing the title to Grace earlier this year at No Surrender.

Grace entered the match accompanied by Channing Lorenzo, also known as Stacks in WWE programming.

Throughout the match, Lorenzo repeatedly distracted the referee and interfered on Grace’s behalf before eventually being ejected from ringside late in the contest.

With the interference removed, Lee regained momentum and finished the match by delivering a top-rope neckbreaker to secure the three-count and reclaim the championship.

Lee previously wrestled in WWE under the name Xia Li before departing the company and joining Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in 2024.

Since arriving in TNA, Lee has quickly become one of the promotion’s featured stars in the Knockouts division.

Her championship victory also immediately created a new challenger.

Following the match, Xia Brookside publicly made it clear she intends to pursue the title after previously turning heel on Lee at TNA Rebellion 2026.

Responding to Lee on social media, Brookside wrote:

“Last time I supported you. This time I take everything from you!”

The rivalry between Lee and Brookside now appears set to become a major storyline moving forward within the Knockouts division.

Thursday’s title change was one of the biggest developments on the latest episode of TNA Impact and continues the recent momentum surrounding the company’s women’s division.
