CAM 92 picked up the first EHL ROUND1 place on offer for French men as they won the topped the regular season table in dramatic fashion.

They jumped from third to first on the final day of the season to move ahead of both Saint Germain and Racing Club de France with a 4-2 away win over Stade Français.

Two goal from Tom Gaillard and one each from Antonin Igau and Louis Haertelmeyer earned the three points for Aymeric Bergamo’s side.

And the results from elsewhere worked out perfectly in their favour as Saint Ger lost 2-0 to Polo Marcq-en-Barouel while Racing came undone 4-2 at home against Lille MHC.

It gave CAM 92 a one-point lead over Saint Ger with Racing two points back. Lille, meanwhile, completed the top four line-up courtesy of their win which saw Polo miss out on the playoffs.
