Game 4 of the Eastern Conference second round continues tonight as the Cleveland Cavaliers hope to even the series against the Detroit Pistons at two games apiece.
The Cavaliers are coming off a
116-109 victory
in Game 3 and are currently 5-0 at home during the 2026 NBA Playoffs.
After falling behind 0-2 in the series, the Cavaliers rallied back in Game 3 on Saturday in Cleveland behind strong performances from Cleveland guards Donovan Mitchell and James Harden to secure their first win of the series.
The main storyline of the series has been the stellar guard battle between Detroit’s Cade Cunningham and Mitchell.
The Pistons’ series lead is largely due to the play of
Cunningham, who has scored 23, 25 and 27 points through the first three games of the series.
Mitchell, on the other hand, had his best game of the series on Saturday, recording 35 points, 10 rebounds and four assists to rally the Cavaliers to victory.
The Pistons will be hoping to take a 3-1 lead before heading back to Detroit, while Cleveland will look to keep its perfect home playoff record intact and even the series before returning to the road.
Tonight’s matchup tips off at 8 p.m. ET at Rocket Arena in Cleveland.
