MJF Attacks Darby Allin After Finally Signing Hair Match Contract

MJF finally signed the contract for his upcoming AEW World Title match against Darby Allin — but he made sure to leave Dynamite standing tall afterward.

The closing segment of the May 13 episode of AEW Dynamite came after Allin successfully retained the AEW World Championship against Konosuke Takeshita in the night’s main event.

Once the match ended, Allin called MJF to the ring to finalize the contract for their upcoming title match, which now includes MJF putting his hair on the line. MJF dragged the segment out as long as possible, stalling while bragging about becoming a future three-time AEW World Champion and claiming he was destined to become the greatest wrestler in company history.

Darby eventually got tired of waiting and pushed MJF to stop talking and sign the contract already. MJF finally signed the paperwork — but the second the deal became official, he blindsided Allin and launched an attack on the AEW World Champion. The assault left Allin laid out in the ring while MJF stood over him screaming about becoming a three-time champion as Dynamite went off the air.

The segment now puts even more heat on the upcoming title match, especially with MJF’s hair officially at stake if he loses. At this point, AEW has turned the rivalry into one of the company’s most personal feuds heading into Double or Nothing.

Do you think MJF is actually going to lose his hair, or will he find a way to escape again? Leave your thoughts and feedback in the comments below.
