10 Preschool Self-Defense Tips Inspired by MMA

When learning preschool-age children’s self-defense at Octagon MMA Dallas, it is about providing the foundation for safety and confidence. Self-defense is not about becoming aggressive or promoting violence; rather, it is about helping them develop confidence, awareness of their surroundings, and establish safe behaviours in a fun and age-appropriate manner.
