Controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is now trying to jump into WWE — and he already has one specific target in mind: Randy Orton.
During a recent KICK livestream with Jake Paul and Logan Paul, the controversial rapper openly admitted he wants to make a WWE appearance and eventually get inside the ring. But instead of talking about a celebrity cameo, Tekashi immediately brought up Orton’s infamous punt kick.
“I wanna make an entrance in the WWE, but I’m so controversial and I’ve got so much bulls**t. What’s that thing about Randy Orton when he kicks you in the head?”
Tekashi then claimed he could handle taking the move because of his past experiences, recalling the time he was legitimately beaten up at the gym.
“I got punted in the gym, so it’s like regular s***. I can handle it. I ain’t getting knocked out.”
That’s when Logan Paul appeared to seriously entertain the possibility of getting him involved with WWE: “Alright, let me talk to my colleagues and let me see if I can get you involved.” Tekashi immediately responded positively to the idea: “Thanks, Logan. That would be cool.”
This comes as WWE continues to lean into celebrity appearances. Lil Yachty has recently become involved with Trick Williams and has expressed interest in training for a future match. Now, Tekashi 6ix9ine is throwing his name into the mix and openly asking for a WWE appearance with Randy Orton.
Nothing has been announced, and Logan Paul’s response was informal, but the idea is already out there. If Logan follows through, WWE could soon have another celebrity looking to step into the spotlight.
