TNA Impact is live in Sacramento tonight, and we have a new TNA Knockouts World Champion in the house, Lei Ying Lee.
After beating NXT’s Arianna Grace, Lee is now a two-time Knockouts Champion and thanks the TNA fans for their support. However, the moment is ruined by her former tag team partner, Xia Brookside. She’s made it clear that her eyes are set on the title, and she’s for sure done playing translator. Lee is ready to fight, but Brookside says not tonight.
The Elegance Brand also makes an appearance tonight, only to get sent packing by security after causing trouble with Keith Jardine.
Daria Rae and Santino Marella also get into a quarrel. Marella announces that Indi Hartwell has been re-signed with TNA, and celebrates Lee’s win over his own daughter.
In tag team action tonight, Rosemary and Allie are accompanied by Mara Sadé to take on Victoria Crawford and Mila Moore with Tessa Blanchard. These two sides have been at it ever since their trip to the Undead Realm, but look to go two-on-two tonight. This match marks the first time Rosemary and Allie have teamed up as a duo in years.
Rosemary and Allie do a good job of keeping The Diamond Collective off their feet. But, Blanchard distracts Allie for a moment to let Moore take the advantage for the rest of the match. Allie is in trouble, but lands a quick Neckbreaker to get the hot tag out.
Crawford and Moore take a little trip to the upside-down. And Blanchard tries to put a stop to it, only for Sadé to stop her in her tracks. Allie takes out Moore on the outside, leaving Crawford and Rosemary in the ring. Rosemary hits As Above, So Below to take the win for her team.
