Tom Brady Detail Emerges In Green Bay’s 2026 NFL Season Game

Tom Brady is still very attached to football, with a broadcasting career with Fox Sports. And in the Week 9 game between the Green Bay Packers and the New England Patriots in the 2026 NFL season, the seven-time Super Bowl champion will be back in his old stomping grounds to cover that game at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Via Adam Schefter of ESPN:

Tom Brady will return to New England for the first time as a broadcaster in Week 9 when the Packers take on the Patriots on FOX.

That is a huge matchup that should get plenty of hype, on top of the excitement Brady will bring to the contest, given the resume he put together during his legendary career with the Patriots.

The Patriots are the reigning AFC champions and are coming off a deep run in the last playoffs, falling just short of winning their first Super Bowl title since Brady left Foxborough to play for the Buccaneers.

Green Bay, on the other hand, did not live up to lofty preseason expectations in 2025, finishing second in the NFC North with a 9-7-1 record and losing to the Chicago Bears in the wild-card round.

Brady went 4-3 all-time against Green Bay in the regular season. In those games, he passed for 1,566 yards and 13 touchdowns against only three interceptions on 151 pass completions.

He also faced the Packers once in the playoffs and won it, while passing for 280 yards and three touchdowns and three interceptions.

That was when he led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a win over Aaron Rodgers and company in an NFC Championship Game in 2021.
