Scott Steiner’s X account has been dishing out a follow for follow deal in recent memory. Scott Steiner currently has 169K followers on X while following 1,841 accounts. That number is only growing.
On May 13, 2026, Scott Steiner joked on X that he had been handing out “Big Poppa Pump follows,” but said a lot of people missed out because they weren’t even following his account. Later that same day, he doubled down and told the “freaks” lucky enough to get a follow to consider themselves warned. By May 14, Steiner said he had followed so many people that the app temporarily stopped him from following more accounts, calling it “follow jail.” A few hours later, he updated fans again and said more follows had gone out before he got thrown back into follow jail once more.
Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that Scott Steiner’s Twitter account is run by a manager with Scott Steiner’s permission. In reality, that isn’t the real Scott Steiner begging for followers on social media.
Scott Steiner is a WWE Hall of Famer, and he has a ton of fans who pay attention to what he does. That being said, that doesn’t mean he’s involved with every aspect of his representation. It’s not uncommon for people to have social media managers, and it appears that Steiner’s social media person is making some interesting choices.
In other news concerning Big Papa Pump, his son, Brock Rechsteiner, said that pro wrestling is definitely the plan after his NFL career wraps up. Only time will tell if he joins his family tradition in the squared circle.
