Despite being one of WWE’s most committed in-character performers, Liv Morgan just gave fans a glimpse behind the curtain.
The reigning Women’s World Champion, who is known for protecting kayfabe even outside of WWE programming, shared a moment with Bianca Belair on social media this week. Morgan posted a photo of herself standing behind Belair while holding her baby bump. She captioned her post with,
“My beautiful B 🥹🫶 @BiancaBelairWWE.”
Belair has been away from WWE television since suffering a finger injury during the Women’s World Championship match at WrestleMania 41. One year later, at WrestleMania 42, the former three-time WWE Women’s Champion made a surprise appearance to reveal that she and her husband, Montez Ford, are expecting their first child together — a baby boy.
Speaking of Liv Morgan, she is still dealing with the effects of a serious head injury suffered ahead of WrestleMania 42. Although it appeared that the issue had healed before she captured the Women’s World Championship, a new update from The Miracle Kid suggests that she has not fully recovered yet.
The inaugural Women’s Crown Jewel Champion recently shared a photo and video dump on Instagram, including footage of herself receiving treatment on her forehead. In the clip, a specialist could be seen applying gel to the swollen area before massaging it with a treatment tool, indicating that the injury is still being monitored.
Morgan originally suffered the injury during a backstage segment involving Stephanie Vaquer and Roxanne Perez ahead of WrestleMania 42. During the altercation, Vaquer shoved Morgan head-first into Perez, causing both members of The Judgment Day to collide hard. La Primera then slammed Morgan into a television set, leaving a noticeable bump on her forehead.
Following the incident, Morgan posted photos showing the large swelling, which remained visible during the following episode of RAW. While the bump appeared to have gone down after WrestleMania 42, the recent treatment video suggests that the injury has yet to fully heal.
