We are seeking a Women’s Section Head Coach to lead and develop our women’s rugby programme during and exciting moment of rebuilding and redefining the section. The role will suit an engaging and motivated coach who can provide strong leadership, deliver enjoyable and inclusive training sessions, and help shape the long-term direction of the Women’s Section.
Working alongside players, volunteers, and the Club, the successful candidate will play a key role in:
- Defining the women’s section strategy
- Supporting player development and retention
- Creating a positive and ambitious team culture
- Helping grow participation within the women’s game
- Building a sustainable structure for future success
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, a passion for women’s rugby, and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment for players of all abilities.
