MJF Claims He Sued Young Fan Who Attacked Him During AEW Dynamite

MJF is still not letting go of the infamous fan incident from the 250th episode of AEW Dynamite — and now he claims the situation has escalated into legal action.

The moment originally happened during the 250th episode of AEW Dynamite in 2024 during MJF’s brutal match against Will Ospreay. The two tore the house down in a fast-paced fight that quickly became one of the biggest talking points of the night.

During the match, Ospreay restrained MJF near the crowd, allowing a young fan to repeatedly strike MJF in the chest while the crowd erupted. MJF then flipped the child off before continuing the match.

Now, while speaking to SHAK Wrestling, MJF claimed he has sued the girl and her family over what happened. After being asked how he felt about getting chopped by the young fan while Ospreay restrained him, MJF claimed he sued the girl and her family.

“That girl… we’re still in litigation. I’ve sued her and her family, and it’s taking a lot longer than I’d like it to.”

MJF then escalated things even further by claiming he expects “justice” to eventually be served. He then added that the child could end up incarcerated once she becomes an adult.

“But I would like to say on the record that justice will be brought—and it will be brought swiftly. I am of the firm belief that by the time she turns 18, if my lawyers do this properly, she will be incarcerated, and I look forward to it.”

During a previous appearance on The Wrestling Classic podcast, MJF claimed the child was actually a “terrorist” who pulled a gun on him during the match: “She’s a terrorist; let’s talk about it.” MJF then described the crowd brawl with Ospreay in absurd detail while pretending the child threatened him at gunpoint before attacking him.

“Then, out of nowhere, a girl pulls a gun out. I don’t know if you can see the gun when you watch the match back, but she had me at gunpoint and then proceeded to strike me in the chest repeatedly.”

Bottom line: MJF is still fully committed to turning one little fan interaction into an ongoing controversy-filled story, and the comments somehow keep getting more outrageous every time he talks about it.
