Honorary Life Membership list
scottishathletics considers the award of Honorary Life Membership on an annual basis.
This accolade is for people who have made a significant contribution to the sport over a number of years.
The HLM status is primarily a non-competitive award. For example; coach, Official, administrator who have made an impact at National level. In special circumstances competition achievements may be a significant factor.
scottishathletics are now seeking nominations for HLM status in 2026.
These awards are rare and there is no requirement or expectation that awards will be made in each year.
Please consider carefully and only nominate candidates who have had a National presence over a long period of time and whose work has greatly benefitted the sport.
