Dmitry Bivol recent form

Bivol (24-1, 12 KOs) has been out of the ring since his historic rematch win against Artur Beterbiev after undergoing back surgery. His performance in the two fights with Beterbiev were extraordinary. He boxed with poise, moved impressively (especially in the rematch) and picked his punches brilliantly at times. Before those two fights, Bivol had easily beaten every opponent, but showed his pound-for-pound class against Beterbiev.

Michael Eifert recent form

Eifert (13-1, 5 KOs) won an IBF eliminator in March 2023, beating Jean Pascal. Since then, the German has only fought once, beating Carlos Eduardo Jimenez. Eifert has protected that position by waiting for his title opportunity, which is now here.

Dmitry Bivol vs Michael Eifert prediction

Eifert comes into this fight as the huge underdog. He’s a disciplined fighter who will look to control the distance with his jab. Bivol is elite and has exceptional footwork, enabling him to move in and out of range with relative ease.

Bivol is defensively strong, as he showed against Beterbiev in both fights. He’s a sharp combination puncher who makes everything look effortless.
