Brady Booker, who wrestled in WWE’s NXT as Bodhi Hayward from 2021 to 2022, has been officially confirmed as part of the cast for Survivor 51.
CBS aired an official teaser for the upcoming season of the show following the conclusion of Survivor 50 on May 20. The promo showed Booker as a cast member for the new season, which lands on CBS this fall.
Inside Survivor, a fan site dedicated to news about the hit reality competition show, first reported on rumors of Booker’s involvement on the show on May 18 before the teaser confirmed his participation.
The preview of Survivor 51 can be seen below from the show’s official YouTube channel.
Booker was among several NXT wrestlers whose releases were announced on November 1, 2022. Prior to the news of his departure from the company, Booker was being used as “a student” at Chase University under the tutelage of Andre Chase on television.
He posted an emotional video on social media later that day to address his release.
“What up, Brodies. It’s your boy, Bohdi Haywar… Brady Booker here to tell you I was just released from the WWE. I’m hurt, I’m embarrassed, and Brodies I’m just down bad. For the past 18 months, Andre Chase University and wrestling has been my whole life,” Booker said in the clip shared on X (Twitter). “But I am no stranger to adversity. Adversity is something that has come up my whole life, and I’ve always found a way to get on top. I will do it again. I’m Brady Booker, and I’m here to stay.”
Survivor 51 has reportedly already finished filming in Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands. Participants on the show will be seen competing to become the last remaining castaway in order to win $1 million. As expected, Jeff Probst will remain as the show’s host when the new season returns to CBS on Wednesdays in the later part of 2026. (An official premiere date has not been announced.)
