Premier League champions Arsenal will have to quickly turn their attention to the Champions League ahead of their clash with Paris Saint-Germain in the final on Saturday.

The Gunners were crowned top flight champions last week after Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw by Bournemouth, and Mikel Arteta’s side then cruised to a 2-1 win against Crystal Palace on Sunday.

On Saturday, the north London side will face holders PSG in the Champions League final in Budapest, bidding to win the trophy for the first time in the club’s history.

Ahead of that game, it has emerged that Arsenal are interested in a highly rated England international.

As per TalkSPORT, the Gunners are interested in Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers, with Arteta himself spearheading their move for the player.

The report claims that the Premier League champions are keen to persuade the Englishman to move to The Emirates this summer, after an impressive season with the Villans.

Rogers, 23, joined Villa from Middlesbrough back in 2024 and has since made 125 appearances for the Midlands club across all competitions, scoring 31 goals and registering 29 assists.

Arsenal are said to be interested in Rogers amid uncertainty surrounding the futures of both Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard.

Chelsea are also said to be interested in the midfielder, while Manchester United’s director of football, Jason Wilcox, is also known to be an admirer of the 23-year-old.

Rogers’ contract at Villa Park is set to run until the end of the 2030/31 campaign, but it appears that the Europa League holders could face a battle to keep hold of the player beyond this summer.

Villa are said to value Rogers at around £80 million, but the report suggests that the interest in the player could drive that price beyond £100 million.
