John Cena Spotted At WWE Performance Center Working With NXT Talent

John Cena may be retired from in-ring competition, but he’s still spending time around WWE’s next generation of talent.

Cena was recently spotted at the WWE Performance Center after several WWE NXT wrestlers and athletes shared photos and videos with him on social media.

Delia Schweizer, a CrossFit athlete training at the WWE Performance Center, posted a photo with Cena and revealed that talent had the opportunity to hear him speak about his experiences in the wrestling business.

Alyssa Danielle also uploaded a photo with Cena during the visit, while current NXT talent Shiloh Hill shared a video where Cena briefly appeared at the end supporting Hill’s “Mr. NXT” campaign.

The visit comes shortly after Cena spent time coaching talent at Seth Rollins’ Black & Brave Wrestling Academy in Iowa, where he reportedly stayed for several hours teaching students and working one-on-one with graduates.

Cena officially retired from in-ring competition in December 2025 after losing his final match to Gunther at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Since then, he has continued appearing around WWE in ambassador and mentorship roles while staying connected to the company behind the scenes.

Even without wrestling anymore, Cena clearly remains heavily involved in helping WWE shape the next generation of stars.
