– Dave Meltzer reports that WWE plans to bring Enzo Amore, real name Eric Arndt, to the NXT roster soon. The former NXT Tag Team Champion, released in 2018 after sexual assault allegations police later dropped without charges, was spotted at the WWE Performance Center on May 20. Indie promoters say he’s skipping bookings, and there’s talk of reuniting with Big Bill, whose AEW deal may be ending.
– Both Nikki and Brie are being coached by Bryan Danielson.
Recently speaking on Nikki & Brie, Brie speaks about how different this return to WWE, and Nikki adds she’s looking forward to Bryan coaching her after returning to the ring with an ankle injury:
“This run I’m doing, I know where I stand and how much longer I have and what it is. I don’t want to have any regrets. For me, it’s kind of been my number one priority. It’s fun because I feel like people are recognizing all of the training I’m doing. Bryan is my coach and I think they are all seeing the inspiration of Bryan,” “He’s incredible.
