Planning a trip to the United Kingdom for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone but worried that ticket prices are too expensive? There is now a clever new solution designed to make attending the race more affordable while still offering fans a unique and memorable experience.

Silverstone debuts the ‘Mystery Seat’ ticket
The British Grand Prix, scheduled to take place from 3 to 5 July, is introducing a special ‘Mystery Seat’ package aimed at making Formula 1 more accessible to fans.
Attending from the grandstands at Silverstone is usually extremely expensive, but this new “surprise seat” formula allows fans to experience the race from the stands at a significantly reduced cost, without knowing in advance exactly where they will be seated.
The pricing is set at £399 for Sunday only and £459 for the full race weekend, making it a considerably more affordable option compared to standard grandstand tickets at Silverstone.
Despite the reduced price, fans are still guaranteed a reserved grandstand seat. The only unknown factor is the exact viewing location, which is assigned closer to the event.
Silverstone is widely regarded as one of the best venues on the Formula 1 calendar for fans. It is difficult to find another circuit that offers such a complete experience.
The track features numerous fan zones, historical exhibitions, displays of classic racing cars, Formula 1 machines from past eras, and open-air museum-style attractions dedicated to motorsport heritage. There is always something to explore, and visitors rarely find themselves bored at Silverstone.
For fans, this could represent a truly unique opportunity. On top of the on-track action, this year’s British Grand Prix will also feature a major Thursday night opening concert, with world-renowned DJ David Guetta performing live to kick off the race weekend.
