From Headingley, where it’s a dry and bright afternoon ahead of today’s double header day in the Vitality Blast.
Yorkshire’s women are first up, from 3pm, against Durham. We could have two debutants in Sarah Glenn and Alice Clarke. Glenn has missed the first couple of months of the season because of a broken finger, while Clarke has signed on loan from Lancashire for the remainder of the 2026 campaign.
The White Rose are aiming for a first win in five games this afternoon, while Durham have made a bright start, winning three of their opening four games.
The preview, with Lauren Winfield-Hill talking about Ines Blackwell’s development and our players heading to the T20 World Cup, is linked below.
Then, from 7pm – in front of the Sky Sports cameras, it’s the Roses men’s game. Yorkshire have won three from four, while Lancashire have won one from three. They have a long list of injury absentees, including their overseas all-rounder Chris Green, who has been ruled out with a fractured thumb.
The preview with Moeen Ali is also linked below. He can’t wait for this one.
There will be a women’s stream available today, which is embedded at the top of the page, but no men’s because the latter is being televised by Sky.
Enjoy the day.
