Reports from Italy suggest that Milan are set to hold a new round of talks with Oliver Glasner in the coming hours, with the former Crystal Palace coach’s representatives optimistic about reaching an agreement.
Milan are preparing for a second meeting with ex-Crystal Palace coach Glasner, according to Calciomercato.com.
Milan set to meet with Glasner again
Gazzetta reported on Monday morning that the Austrian tactician was waiting for a second meeting with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Gerry Cardinale after the first summit last week.
According to the latest update from Calciomercato, the two parties will have a new contact by tomorrow, Tuesday, June 9.

Calciomercato confirms that Glasner has prioritised a move to Milan and is regarded as a primary target by the Rossoneri, so the coach’s entourage is confident of reaching an agreement in the upcoming meeting.
At the same time, however, Mauricio Pochettino remains a genuine candidate for the Milan job, and according to Gazzetta, the USMNT coach already has an agreement with the Serie A giants.
Milan sacked Massimiliano Allegri after failing to qualify for the Champions League in 2025-26. CEO Giorgio Furlani, sporting director Igli Tare, and technical director Geoffrey Moncada were fired along with the coach, so Ibrahimovic and Cardinale are now rebuilding the club’s management and talking to a potential new coach.
