Teams will then head out at four-minute intervals, with the US squad of Alex Baudin, EF Education-EasyPost, the last team to start at 16:29.
Dutch squad Picnic-PostNL will be the first team to get underway.
The action will get under way at 15:05 local time, so in around 20 minutes.
