What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2027 NFL Draft?
As a top prospect my greatest abilities and assets are my speed and my ability to be a disruptive force on the field. Teams are forced to double team me starting early on because I can defeat the single team blocks and stop their run and pass game.
Tell me about a time you faced adversity and how you responded?
In my game versus Grand Valley State I was forced to play the entire game due to injury and it being one of our largest games. Instead of letting it bother me I stepped up and had 11 tackles in that game alone and made sure that they had to double team me to get the ball rolling at all.
What are your hobbies outside of football?
I love the outdoors, to me hunting, fishing, hiking, and even out on horseback are my favorite places to be. I always grew up spending time out in the sun whether I was out branding or stalking a deer on the prairie or in the woods.
What role do you see yourself playing at the next level?
At the next level I believe I would be best utilized at a 3-tech or edge position considering my speed off the ball and my ability to disrupt the run on the inside.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
I would donate to the Tim Tebow Foundation, there is nothing else on gods green earth that I believe in more than what he does with that organization. I believe they are fighting the cause in the world that needs to be stopped as soon as humanly possible.
How do you handle coaching, especially criticism or being corrected repeatedly?
I make it a personal mission to avoid repeated criticism but I certainly am not afraid of criticism. I make sure to listen closely and understand clearly what they are saying so I might improve. My dad used to say that without criticism, you cannot have growth and to me I will never not be growing.
Who is the most underrated teammate at your school?
The most underrated teammate I have is Roland Ball, he is a giant of a man, a damn good teammate, and a good football player. That man is as honorable as they come and works his tail off on and off the field.
If you could have dinner with three people, dead or alive, who would it be and why did you choose them?
George Washington, Teddy Rosevelt, and Aldo Leopold, personally I believe that George Washington and Teddy Rosevelt are 2 of our greatest leaders in US history and they would be able to offer me perspectives I don’t have, especially Mr. Rosevelt’s and Mr. Leopoldo’s view on conservation. Being an avid outdoorsman I would love discuss their stories.
If you were benched tomorrow, what would be the most likely reason?
Probably getting into it with an opponent for being cheap.
Walk me through your typical pre-game routine?
Usually wake up early and go to the school to hit a hot sauna and shower, I’ll get done and watch some film and listen to some classical or country, I’ll go eat breakfast with the team, then I’ll switch to some Ghostmane and Kill Dyll as I go to get taped. Then pregame I always start stretching on the center logo at any stadium I am at to get ready for the game.
What is your favorite snack food?
I love jerky, I usually have some post-hunting season or I’ll just buy some from the store.
What scheme do you feel you fit the best in?
I feel I fit into a 3-4 defense best given my ability to move around gaps and adjust based on the situation.
What is your degree in?
Management information Systems with a focus in AI.
What would be the first thing you buy with your first NFL check?
I would make sure I had a nice truck and my dad had was debt free, pops was always there for me and I always promised I’d take care of him one day like he took care of me.
Describe a time in a game where you feel you made a mistake, and explain how you bounced back?
When I was playing against Upper Iowa i was lined up in a 3-tech and supposed to get outside of the tackle to maintain contain, instead I got upfield far to much and caused a gap behind me and the ball carrier was able to break off a run. After getting thoroughly chewed out on the sideline I was able to come back in the game and ensure that I did not get to far upfield and lose contain again, primarily by just choking out the tackle every play after that.
Name three songs, we can expect on your playlist?
D13. , A quick one before the eternal worm destroys Appalachia, and Three Seasons in Wyoming
