Inside a sold-out Madison Square Garden, the Knicks staged the largest comeback in NBA Finals history when they overcame a 29-point deficit to beat the Spurs 107-106.
In addition to Swift and her gal pals, many of the courtside seats at MSG were occupied by wall-to-wall celebrities, including Ben Stiller, Spike Lee, Larry David, Tracy Morgan, Rainn Wilson, Jimmy Fallon, Jerry Seinfeld, and Kevin Jonas.
Swift glided into the arena wearing New York’s orange and blue colours and a T-shirt that played on the Knicks’ name and read “Stevie Knicks.” She was joined by Alana Haim, sporting another punny shirt with the word “Knickelback,” and Este Haim, who went with “Knickole Kidman.”
Mariska Hargitay, who inspired the name of Swift’s cat, a Scottish fold named Olivia Benson, was also seated alongside the trio, sporting her own “Stevie Knicks” garment.

Following the win, Swift, 36, was seen celebrating alongside other celebrities, including Knicks superfan Timothee Chalamet. She also shared an embrace with Chalamet’s girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, a sister of Swift’s noted enemy Kim Kardashian.
One follower called the hug “the crossover we didn’t know we needed.”
Another quipped, “Peace in the universe confirmed. Taylor Swift and Kylie Jenner hugging courtside… Knicks really uniting the timelines today.”

But at least one person was unhappy with Swift’s appearance at the game.
ESPN personality Monica McNutt questioned Swift’s credentials as a bona fide New York fan.
“Is that Taylor Swift? She’s not a Knicks fan. Get out of here, girl,” McNutt was caught saying on a hot mic, according to Fox News.

Girls Just Want to Have Fun
As the series heads back to San Antonio for Game 5, the pop star and the Haim sisters were still in a celebratory mood into the wee hours, posting a video to social media while dancing along to Cyndi Lauper’s Girls Just Want to Have Fun.
“Girls just wanna have PUN,” the Haims captioned the video, which fans immediately praised.
“You ladies looked like you had the BEST time. So much fun. Incredible game!!” one person wrote with another adding, “They must have had so much fun coming up with the idea for these shirts – very fun.”

After watching the Knicks trounce her fiance Travis Kelce’s beloved Cleveland Cavaliers at Rocket Arena in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals last month, rumours of Swift’s appearance at MSG had swirled for days.
“She’s a huge fan of the Knicks and really wants to be there to support them. She is going with friends,” a source told Page Six ahead of tipoff Wednesday night.
Kelce said on his New Heights podcast last week that he wasn’t trying to get Swift to shift her allegiance from New York to Cleveland.
“Obviously, being a Cleveland sports fan all my life, getting Tay back to Cleveland and showing her my roots is always something I love doing,” the three-time Super Bowl champ said.

The chair Swift sat on during the game in Cleveland is reportedly up for auction.
Though the listing on The Realest doesn’t mention the singer by name, it says that the chair “was occupied by one of the biggest music artists in the world and a 14-time Grammy Award winner.”
Is Taylor getting married at MSG?
Swift’s night out at MSG could have also been wedding prep. The Bad Blood singer is rumoured to be getting married to Kelce at the venue next month, but nothing has been confirmed.

“Everyone’s been sworn to secrecy,” a source told Page Six.
But another insider told TMZ that between 1,100 and 1,200 people are expected to show up at the Garden to watch the couple say “I do” in a three-day extravaganza in early July.
“We’re told Taylor and Travis have gone to great lengths to ensure privacy, and that includes communicating with invitees by text, rather than physical invitations,” TMZ reported.
Sources say the arena — with its lack of windows and underground parking — offers up the privacy the couple, who began dating in 2023, are looking for.
A source tells Page Six that when it came to picking a place for their nuptials “privacy was of number one importance to them both.”
