Victor Wembanyama ranks second at 24.0, followed by Karl-Anthony Towns at 21.0. Despite averaging strong scoring numbers, Jalen Brunson sits fourth with a 17.9 PER.
The Spurs are also represented near the top of the list by Dylan Harper, who ranks fifth at 16.2, while Mitchell Robinson, Josh Hart, and Stephon Castle round out the upper tier.
At the other end of the rankings, Miles McBride owns the lowest PER among regular rotation players at -0.4, while Keldon Johnson and Landry Shamet have also struggled to make a major statistical impact through the first four games of the series.
