Nike Has An Exclusive Kobe 4 “Draft Day” Coming In GS Sizing

The 2026 NBA Draft is just around the corner, and while discussions of who in this stacked group will hear their name called first will dominate discussions, 1996 might be the #2 storyline. The Nike Kobe 4 “Draft Day” series, in all of its blind box glory, looms on the horizon. As adults game plan for which of the set they’ll be after the most and contingencies if they pull a rival team, curiously the kids will be left out of the craze.

Instead of leaving the youngsters at the mercy of fate, retailer images confirmed that the “chase card,” the Kobe 4 “Lakers,” would be dropping as a standalone edition. As the collection loads on Nike’s SNKRS platform, we now have confirmation that it’ll have a corresponding white colorway. Though featuring the same wear-away aspect as sized-up versions, this is a wholly unique arrangement. Yellow Swooshes and white uppers connect, obviously, to the Lakers; the “Glacier Blue” underneath is said by Nike to represent “a sign of the work you put in towards your game.”
