WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce has praised actor and comedian Eric André for his work in a wild segment on last Monday’s show. Jacob Fatu yanked André over the guardrail after he touched the Ula Fala.
During a recent appearance on the “Chicago History’s DIBS” podcast, Pearce said,
“So he’s there, he’s in the front row, people are recognizing him, but they’re not expecting Jacob Fatu to yank him over the guardrail and manhandle him, and that is exactly what Jacob did. All kudos to Eric André. Again, it goes back to the trust that I was talking about earlier.” He continued, “He put 100 percent of his trust into Jacob Fatu to not maim him and cripple him, but to make it look like that’s exactly what happened, and to kind of be in the periphery and, as you said, screaming my head off. I’m always losing my mind on Mondays.”
André stars opposite John Cena in the Netflix movie Little Brother, releasing June 26.
Rey Fenix is now a two-time AAA World Cruiserweight Champion after beating Laredo Kid at AAA Noche de Los Grandes 2026: Night One.
During a recent interview with FOX 4’s Good Day KC, Fenix declared he is ready to defend the title on RAW, SmackDown, and NXT against all comers. He said,
“Yeah, it’s my baby. It’s my baby. This is the second time I got this title. This title is, let’s say, 15 years old. So, this is my second time I’ve won this title. So, the first one was probably eight years ago, and now, this baby is with me again. I bring back this title, and now with the opportunity to defend this title all over the world with WWE, SmackDown, RAW. I don’t know. It doesn’t matter.”
“I’m ready for it. NXT, RAW, SmackDown. Anyone who wanna jump and take the opportunity, I’ll be ready because I am the number one Cruiserweight Champion in all this planet.”
