Tommaso Ciampa and Chris Jericho are officially on a collision course.

During the June 20 episode of AEW Collision, Ciampa and Jericho had a face-to-face in-ring interview during the taping, and it did not take long for things to turn into a challenge. Ciampa called out Jericho for a singles match at AEW Dynamite: Beach Break, and Jericho accepted. That locks in another major match for AEW’s summer schedule.

AEW Dynamite: Beach Break is set for July 8, 2026, at The BayCare Sound in Clearwater, Florida. The show starts at 7:30 PM ET.

This is a big singles match for Ciampa as he continues building momentum in AEW, and Jericho gives him a major name to test himself against. Jericho has spent years making opponents prove they belong across the ring from him, and now Ciampa gets that chance on a themed Dynamite special.

AEW is already pushing Beach Break as a major Clearwater event, and Ciampa vs. Jericho adds a serious veteran fight to the lineup.

Do you think Tommaso Ciampa will beat Chris Jericho at AEW Beach Break, or will Jericho shut him down? Let us know in the comments below.
