NATIONAL SCHOOLS BLITZ AT BUCCS

Buccaneers recently hosted its annual national schools contact rugby blitz. On the day over 300 boys and girls from fourth, fifth and sixth classes took part. As usual the amount of talent on show never fails to disappoint.

Many of these young players have yet to join Buccaneers so it’s exceptional to see how quickly they pick up the game. The players have spent the last seven weeks being put through their paces by Charlie Couper in their schools, concentrating on passing, evasion, tackling and offloading.

Everyone in Buccaneers extends a warm invite to these players to come and play with us next September and to continue to develop their game.
