Two female independent wrestlers have taken to social media to share their negative experiences with Tommy Dreamer.
Kennedi Hardcastle wrote in a post on X that she told Dreamer, she wanted to take a cane shot in a match, but Dreamer told her he doesn’t do that with women so instead they did a spanking spot because women amirite.
Hardcastle, per her X profile lists herself now as ‘used to wrestle’ and that she is in her ‘baseball girlie era now.’ She has previously wrestled on an episode of AEW Rampage.
Dani Jordyn then responded noting that Dreamer insisted on doing crotch grab spot to her in a tag match he was a fill in for and was uncomfortable with it.
Also recently, a pro wrestling student and referee who goes by the name of Perch on X, claims reamer pulled him aside backstage at a TNA show and told him that he would do everything he could to make sure he, did not earn a job in the wrestling business.
AEW/ROH star Carlie Bravo also recently posted on X, claiming Dreamer told him that “he didn’t know if he could market [a] ‘cocky black guy’ to the world.”
TNA Hall of Famer Mickie James and Joey Janela both stood up for Dreamer and came to his defense in separate posts on X.
Former WCW star Missy Hyatt and GCW founder Brett Lauderdale both have also defended Dreamer, in lengthy posts on social media.
Tommy Dreamer revealed on last Wednesday’s episode of Busted Open Radio that he and TNA Wrestling mutually parted ways.
