Logan Paul is still out of action, but don’t expect him to spend six months feeling sorry for himself.
The WWE star gave fans an update on his torn triceps during the latest episode of IMPAULSIVE, and despite facing the longest recovery of his career, Paul said things could have been a lot worse. In fact, he joked that texting has probably been the biggest inconvenience.
Paul suffered the injury during Saturday Night’s Main Event in May while teaming with Austin Theory against The Street Profits. Surgery followed, and he’s expected to be sidelined for around six months. Even so, Paul said he’s had much worse injuries.
“I’ve been brutally injured, like, way more, more than this. This one will have the longest recovery, but all things considered, it’s the least inconvenient injury possible.”
Because the injury happened to his left arm and he’s right-handed, Paul said most everyday activities have not really changed.
“Because I have both hands, I’m right-handed, I just can’t bend it. It’s like, texting is a little annoying.”
That’s a much different tone from earlier in his recovery, when Paul admitted the injury messed with him mentally because of the momentum it cost him in WWE. But now, he seems to be taking the situation in stride while continuing to make appearances for the company during his rehab.
The social media star has built a reputation for bouncing back from setbacks, and he made it clear this injury isn’t something that’s going to break him mentally.
While Paul won’t be wrestling anytime soon, he’s still around and waiting for doctors to clear him for a return. If the six-month timetable holds up, fans could see him back inside a WWE ring before too long.
For now, Logan Paul is treating the injury like an inconvenience instead of a disaster, and apparently texting with one arm is the biggest battle he’s dealing with these days.
