MJF and Don Callis had a wild merch reveal on AEW Dynamite this week.
During the June 24 episode, MJF and Callis appeared backstage with members of the Don Callis Family. The whole thing ended with Callis proudly holding up a new Team DCMJF t-shirt.
The shirt featured a very revealing image of MJF and Don Callis together, with “TEAM DCMJF” printed across the front. MJF looked thrilled, Callis looked even happier, and everyone else around them looked like they wanted to be anywhere else.
That was really the best part. Members of the Don Callis Family did not seem too excited about the shirt. Some looked annoyed, while others just stood there as MJF and Callis soaked up the moment.
The segment came as AEW continued building toward Forbidden Door, but the Team DCMJF shirt stole the scene. It was strange, uncomfortable, and exactly the kind of thing MJF and Callis would think was genius.
MJF and Don Callis clearly love their new team branding. Whether the rest of the Don Callis Family wants anything to do with that shirt is a totally different story.
