Devin Booker’s sneaker portfolio has paid tons of hoamges to his Michigan roots, namely with PE styles tied to Detroit and its beloved sports franchises, plus a Blazer Low pack for good measure.
Two Detroit-inspired releases are queued up for the back half of 2026, including the Detroit Tigers-inspired Nike Book 2 “Tiger Camo” as well as a more subdued “Detroit Stompers” edition, the latter arriving in black with the team’s old English “D” logo on the heel. The same nickname graced a black suede Book 2 PE worn last year, as well as a Book 1 featuring the Detroit Lions logo the season prior. This public edition switches things up with a matte black exterior and glossy Swooshes.
Detroit Tigers ace and two-time Cy Young Award winner Tarik Skubal sits on Booker’s seeding list, having already received a number of Detroit-inspired styles including some custom Book 1 cleats. Barring any imminent trades, we wouldn’t be surprised to see the lefty lace up a cleat version of these as well.
The Nike Book 2 “Detroit Stompers” releases July 8th, 2026 for $155 in men’s sizes. See detailed images below and hit our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse more upcoming basketball shoes.
