Good news for fans of gravel roads, Assetto Corsa Rally’s next update will arrive on Monday, 29th June 2026.
Entitled ‘Version 0.5’, this pivotal early access addition will add an early version of online multiplayer. Following the existing asynchronous leaderboards, after this update, players will be able to create or join lobbies to compete in single-stage events.
Presumably, during this learning experience, further multiplayer features, such as full online rallies, will be added at a later date.
It was confirmed yesterday (24th June) that alongside this new game mode will be two laser-scanned Greek stages, available in 12 total layouts. There is also a long list of changes to physics systems and the tyre model, plus bug fixes and audio tweaks.
Accompanying the release date was gameplay footage of Loutraki, one of the latest venues. A dry and dusty stage, you can noticeably hear the gravel pinging off the side of the car. It looks to be lines with trees and ditches to catch out the unwary.
It doesn’t appear as if 0.5 includes further vehicles, although the Group A Subaru Impreza and Formula 2 Peugeot 306 Maxi were added in April.
