The Barbarians faced Wales in London on Saturday. The highly competitive contest was a 33-31 win for the Welsh. It came with Americas involvement as Uruguayan Santiago Arata and the USA’s Jack Oscar were both involved.
Arata’s involvement came with a record established. The Uruguayan scrum-half scored for the Barbarians and, in doing so, became the first ever Uruguayan to score a try for the Barbarians. Arata is just the second Uruguayan to be invited to play for the famous team. The other is Rodrigo Ortega Capo who also played for the French Barbarians.
