Lio Rush beat Shotzi at GCW Amerika’s Most Wanted, but the strange part came after the bell.
The match itself already had plenty of chaos. Shotzi battled Rush around ringside, chairs came into play, and things got even weirder when Shotzi started spewing black liquid before Rush caught her with multiple stunners and forced the submission with a choke. That got Rush the win, but he wasn’t done.
After the match, Shotzi was still down near the apron while Rush grabbed his title belt. He put the belt over one shoulder, then went back to Shotzi, rolled her over, picked her up, and carried her over his other shoulder. Then he just walked off with her backstage.
The moment also tied back to the start of the match, where Rush tried to carry Shotzi off before the bell even rang, only for the referee to remind them they still had an actual match to wrestle. So by the end of the night, Rush got what he wanted anyway.
Shotzi lost the match, but the post-match scene made the whole thing feel even stranger. Rush didn’t just beat her and leave. He picked her up, carried her away, and turned the finish into one of the weirder scenes from the show.
