We’re excited to announce our next new signing, Seb Brownhill, a prop who joins us from Richmond.
Telling us about Seb, Blackheath Rugby’s Head Coach Tom Stradwick says “Seb Brownhill will add solidity to our front row and sets high standards at scrum time. Seb was a dominant force in National 1 when playing for Bishop Stortford, so we’re pleased to have secured his signing and know he’ll be a key part of our pack.” Seb can’t wait to join, and says “I’m looking forward to getting stuck in with such an exciting group of players and coaches. They achieved a lot last season and I can see the club’s ambition to stamp their mark on the Champ.”
On the new signing, Russell Ticehurst, Managing Director, says “Another player to join us from South West London. Seb propped for Richmond last season and is another signing with Champ experience. If his stats are to be believed (not from him) then he brings a decent bit of size and power which we all now is required at Champ level. Front row will be a very competitive area this season there is no doubt and we look forward to seeing Seb in pre season and beyond. Welcome Seb.”
