The former Australian skipper proved to be too good for the Indian bowling attack during the 2003 Border-Gavaskar series Down Under. Ponting scored 2 double-hundreds in the 4-match series which would eventually end at 1-1.

The legendary Indian batter played brilliantly throughout the 2003 Border-Gavaskar series and became a big thorn towards Australia’s path to victory. Dravid was chosen as the Player of the Series for his magnificent batting performances.
